Thank you for subscribing to ContentFlow AI. We want to ensure you have a transparent and fair experience with our billing processes.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew automatically. You will continue to have access to your account and premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because ContentFlow AI incurs direct, non-recoverable costs for API usage (such as AI image generation and language model processing) the moment you use the service, our standard policy is that all payments are non-refundable.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
- We do not provide refunds for unused AI generation credits.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged erroneously due to a technical glitch on our platform.
- You requested cancellation prior to the renewal date, but the system processed the charge anyway.
To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of the disputed charge.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email us at team@z3connect.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
